Information we collect

When you place an order, we collect the information needed to fulfill it: your name, email address, shipping address, and order details. When you browse the store, we collect basic usage data (pages viewed, products viewed, referring site) through standard analytics cookies.

We never collect or store your credit card information. Payments are processed by a PCI-compliant payment provider over an encrypted connection, and only the confirmation of your payment reaches us.

How we use your information

We use your information to process orders, arrange shipping and delivery, send order confirmations and tracking updates, handle returns and refunds, and — if you subscribed — send occasional product news you can unsubscribe from at any time.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. Ever.

Who we share it with

Your order details are shared only with the fulfillment partner that ships your specific item — enough for them to pick, pack, and deliver it, nothing more. Our payment processor receives the data required to process your charge. No one else gets your information.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies to keep your shopping cart working between visits and to understand, in aggregate, how the store is used. You can disable cookies in your browser; the store will still work, though your cart won't persist between visits.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — with the exception of order records we must keep for accounting and tax purposes. Email support@fairwaygear.com and we'll handle your request within 30 days.
