Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Fairway Gear when you shop with us. Last updated October 16, 2026.
Orders and pricing
All prices are shown in US dollars and include no sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable. We work hard to keep prices and product details accurate, but if an item is mispriced or unavailable we will contact you immediately and refund any charge in full.
Placing an order means you accept these terms and authorize us to charge your payment method for the order total shown at checkout.
Shipping
We ship to US addresses only. Delivery time depends on which warehouse fulfills your item — 2–15 days depending on origin — and every product page lists its estimated window. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
Returns and refunds
You have 30 days from delivery to return any unopened product in its original packaging for a full refund. Damaged or defective items are replaced or refunded at our cost, including return shipping. Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after the return is received.
Product warranty
If a product fails from normal use within 90 days of delivery due to a manufacturing defect, we replace it or refund it in full. Email support@fairwaygear.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Limitation of liability
Fairway Gear's liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses connected to product use, and nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under consumer protection law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect is the one published on this page on the date you place your order.
